Arkel  Dolphin 48 Touring Pannier

When we started designing the Dolphin series we had a few ideas about what was necessary to create a truly good dry pannier - after all we've been building dry bags used as liners for over ten years. If you tour or commute and are willing to sacrifice some of the features that our regular touring and urban series bags have to offer in favor of protection from the elements, then the Dolphin's are what you need. We've incorporated some pockets and zippers in an effort to give you the best of both worlds.
