The Keo HM Ti pedal is 50% stiffer than the standard Keo Carbon Ti pedal, which is pretty impressive given that the pedals weigh the same. LOOK uses long oriented carbon fiber and crazy amounts of force to compress those fibers to form the body of the pedal. The bearings are set wide in the body to keep it stiff and reduce wear, and the body of the pedal has a low profile to put your foot as close to the axle as possible, offering a more efficient pedal stroke. The Keo HM Ti pedal has the same tension adjustment as other Keo pedals, and comes with the gray cleats, giving you 4.5 degrees of float.
