CS Beaches & COVID19 (Updated)
March 26th 2020
Cycle Solutions will only be open
Tuesday - Saturday 11:00am - 5:00pm
Scheduling appointments at the shop: To ensure we are delivering the best possible service we recommend that customers book an appointment for any visit that is longer than 30 minutes. As we are operating on a reduced schedule and staff during the COVID-19 crisis, booking an appointment will help to reduce wait times and get everyone what they need as quickly as possible. Please email email@example.com or call us directly at 416-691-0019 to reserve your spot today
Social distancing: We will be limiting the amount of customers in the store to two (2) at any time. Please maintain at least 2 metres distance with our staff while in the store.
Ask for assistance in the store: Please do not unnecessarily touch product while in the store. Ask for assistance and our staff will be happy to help you find what you need.
Booking bike service: If you require bicycle repairs or service please call us at 416-691-0019 or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an appointment.
Clean all surfaces: We will continue to constantly clean all surfaces in the store including entrances, counters, computers, tools, work benches and display shelves. Also, all bikes will be sanitized when they arrive and after being worked on.
- Self-isolation: If you have been in contact with someone who has had COVID-19 or has been travelling abroad, we ask that you take this time to isolate yourself and come back at another time. We are also asking any staff member that is feeling ill to remain at home and self-isolate for a period of at least 14 days.

2020 Store Updates
We’ve been busy over the winter (and not only just with fat bikes)! Come by and check out our new and improved sales floor for the 2020 season! Striving for improving both functionality and aesthetics, we think we hit our goals. We certainly cleared plenty of space to make room for the variety of exciting new e-bikes we will be offering this season!
