Cycle Solutions Beaches & COVID-19

To All of our Customers, Friends and Family:
With the recent provincial mandate to close non-essential businesses across Ontario, we wanted to provide an update on our operations during the COVID-19 crisis.
Bicycle repair stores are considered an essential service by the provincial government and we will remain open with limited hours for the foreseeable future or until mandated otherwise. With that being said, there will be some changes to our operations to ensure we are providing a safe environment for our customers and staff.
Cycle Solutions Beaches will only be open
Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Additionally, we will be enacting the following measures while open during the COVID-19 outbreak:
Scheduling appointments at the shop: To ensure we are delivering the best possible service we recommend that customers book an appointment for any visit that is longer than 30 minutes. As we are operating on a reduced schedule and staff during the COVID-19 crisis, booking an appointment will help to reduce wait times and get everyone what they need as quickly as possible. Social distancing: We are currently no longer accepting any customers into the store and will be moving to a door side pick-up for all service bikes and product orders. Please call ahead to pay for all items including service bikes to speed up the process for our staff.
Booking bike service: No new service bikes are being taken in until after Easter weekend (or later, situation depending.) This includes on the spot service and scheduled service appointments. If you had a service appointment booked, one of our service technicians will be in touch with you to reschedule your appointment.
Clean all surfaces: We will continue to constantly clean all surfaces in the store including entrances, counters, computers, tools, work benches and display shelves. Also, all bikes will be sanitized when they arrive and after being worked on.
Self-isolation: If you have been in contact with someone who has had COVID-19 or has been travelling abroad, we ask that you take this time to isolate yourself and come back at another time. We are also asking any staff member that is feeling ill to remain at home and self-isolate for a period of at least 14 days.
Finally, it is our hope to remain open and we will continue to monitor this evolving situation. Should anything change, we will update you accordingly.
