Cycle Solutions Store Policies

Return and Exchange:

Cycle Solutions offers a 10-day Return Policy on all products unopened, unused, in saleable condition and with original receipt. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Products returned before 30 days will be processed to a store credit and must be used within one year of return date. Sale merchandise reduced by 30% or greater may be returned with original receipt for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of purchase. Helmets and bicycle shorts are all final sales and cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

Shipping Options

Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.

Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

Cycle Solutions does not assume responsibility for warranty of any purchases. All purchases are subject to the manufacturers warranty policies, which will extend only to cover manufacturer defect or recall. Any implied warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on parts such as tires, chains, brakes, cables or in situations where there are no assembly of material defects.  

Extended Service:

Cycle Solutions offers free basic tune-ups on all new bicycles for one year from the date of purchase.

Special Orders:  

Special orders for products and accessories, and bicycles require a 50% and 25% deposit, respectively. Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to the Return and Exchange Policy noted above.
